Hot Water not working when heating is off

Hi ,
I've had a Tado installed with wireless extender and recently I have noticed that the hot water doesn't seem to be working unless the heating is also working.
I wonder if the Tado wireless extender has been wired properly by the professional installer. Could you help me find out what wiring setup should be correct? I have a main boiler (Valliant) and separate a hot water cylinder.
