Tado's Wireless thermostat Vs Wired Thermostat
Hi All
Can the standard thermostat provided with the V3 starter kit (including hot water tank wireless receiver) be hardwired? It must be wireless and talk to the receiver correct? But does it also have hardwire contacts? As a stand alone product what is this thermostat called (without the start kits bits)?
And vise versa. The add on 'Wired' thermostat... does this have the ability to wirelessly call to heat to the receiver as well as being hardwired?
I ask the above question as I'm looking to install tado with WUFH system. The tado thermostat will be hardwired direct to the zone valve for the UFH, but can the same hardwired thermostat call for heat wirelessly to the boiler via the wireless receiver which is already connected to the boiler to talk to the hot water tank and all the smart radiator valves?
Many thanks
