Radiator Thermostat not working out of the box!

Hi - i have raised a ticket to Tado but just wondered if anyone can help? Just bought 6 radiator TRVs and after installing 3 without issues the fourth appears to be faulty. After removing the battery tag the unit does not boot up or show any lights. I switched the batteries and they arent the issue - the unit is.

Anyone had something similar? Bought these from amazon as they had alimited time deal yesterday.

    Hi @GrayDav4276 - I did wonder the same! Tado asked me to send a video of the issue which I’ve done. Let’s see what they say.
