We have gone away and taken our iPads but tado has not recognised we are away.

There used to be picture with a circumference around the house and it would show if we were home or away or within a certain distance of home, that us no longer on the ap. Has the away feature been discontinued? We haven’t been away for so long it could have been stopped months ago. I still have remote access to tado and have turn the heating down that way.

    The feature is still there. Have a look for geofencing in the app settings.
