How do I find the right technical support topic
Hi guys,
I am experiencing an issue where I cannot change the temperature settings for my Tado devices, I get this error telling me to send a screenshot of the error, but for the life of me, I can find where or to whom I should be sending it.
on the app it just says changes cannot be applied, through the web I get the below
