Why is my thermostat don’t let water go in to radiator ?

Setting up the system!! The bridge and wireless receiver I believe is working fine!
Question is when I put the thermostat on to the radiator!i follow the step on app!! It show everything ok!
Try change the temperature from off to 25°, the app didn’t show is heating and the pipe is not hot!no hot water is go in to the radiator!!
If I change back to old thermostat everything is fine! Radiator is get back to very hot!
