There doesn't seem to be an option available

    Contact support, it’s not possible to do it yourself due to being able to see different wiring diagrams than originally used (supposedly). See https://community.tado.com/en-gb/discussion/1155/how-can-i-remove-an-existing-smart-thermostat-from-the-system
