Lost access to my home

i have a tado system, and my girlfriend just has set one up. She sent me a invite which I accepted, however I didn’t know I could only have 1 home so I lost access to mine. If I try and set my home up again it tells me the email is already registered to a home. How can I regain access to my home?

  • Hello I too have this same issue, a customer invited me to share their home whilst I was commissioning a new heating system and I've now lost my home. Worst still in an attempt to reinstate my home I deleted customer home and now neither of us can access….

    I have email support@tado.com as suggested in another post - am I likely to hear back from support or am I wasting my time…

    I cannot access online chat because I affectively have no account

    Any advice anyone please

    @Minty71 Sorry to hear you're having trouble. Best to reach out to support via 'chat' on the main Tado web site. The bot will probably ask lots of questions along the way. That's how your request and issue/information gets into their support teams. Please be patient, their support is not 24/7/365.

    So three years later and tadoo has not solved this issue. My account was linked to my parrents by invite. No more access to my own home, unable to reconnect only able to delete my account at my parents place. This then deletes my complete account. Fantasic........ Try to login to my account and register my home get the error my home is already conmected to, wait for it, my account, and cannot connect anymore. So now trapped in a circle
