Device keeps losing connection?

One of my tado Smart Radiators keeps losing connection. I have checked but all the lights on the bridge are stable and I have a normal internet connection on my phone.

What is happening and how can I solve it ?

This sounds like the Smart Radiator Thermostat loses connection to the bridge. It could be caused by an external device that disrupts the radio signal or a distance between the Smart Radiator Thermostat and the Internet Bridge that is not optimal (e.g. too short or too long). You can try to move the Internet Bridge to a more central spot and see if this solves the issue. Propping the bridge upright can also help.
