Wireless Receiver heating request going on and off despite big temperature difference

Hi I have a wireless Tado system with 5 TRVs and last night it would not consistently keep requesting heat from the Combi boiler to warm up the room despite being 6 degrees colder then requested. Tado would turn the heat on for 5 minutes then stop requesting for at least 20 minutes meaning the temperature kept trending downwards.

Any ideas appreciated
