Tado turn off and on every 10 mins.
I've set a target temperature of 15 degrees c. and Tado decides to kick in at 14.6 Degrees c to which it performs 10-minute increments to bring it up to 15 degrees c. So basically it doesn't do it in one long burst meaning I have to wait absolutely ages for it to bring the temperature up by 0.4 degrees. The radiators are cold so it doesn't give them enough time to get warm before Tado decides to switch off again.
What is this? What's it doing?

Tado uses TPI (Time Proportional & Integral) control to switch the boiler on and off. It’s an energy saving control method to prevent the room temperature from overshooting when the room temperature is close to the target temperature. The heat up time may improve as Tado learns the heating characteristics of your home.

Sadly I think the heating characteristics of my house are absolutely shocking so overshooting wouldn't be such a bad option for Tado.
