Removing a room Thermostat
Can someone please explain why the app/website doesn't allow me to remove a room thermostat??? I have a new one, replaced the old one, but the app will not let me :-
a) remove the old thermostat
b) reconfigure the new thermostat as the zone controller.
c) move either thermostat to a new room as it insists both are the last device in the room
It also insists that my old (broken) thermostat is controlling my boiler, which would be amazing as it's currently packed up in a box waiting to be posted....

🤣 Haha "send us a request" - that would be awesome if someone actually read or responded to anything I send via email or webchat. Not sure I see the point of webchat "support" that doesn't have an actual person on the end chatting and supporting.
Also doesn't explain why I cannot remove the device in the first place - why as a user do I have to wait days/weeks for support to do it?

I expect it depends when you got put on their system. You can probably delete your home and start again.

Yes think that will be my next step, although was trying to avoid resetting all my TRVs. Also seriously considering sending the lot back to Amazon - I love the actual product, but the complete lack of support is putting me right off. Thanks for taking the time to reply - much appreciated.

I had a lot of email response from them over two weeks recently. Some of those were same day. Hope it works out for you.
