No Remote Access

Hi,

I just bought 9 Smart Radiator Thermostats but was only able to install 8 of them. I have one that says "No remote access". I've followed the setup guide but when I hold the pairing button nothing happens. If I put the "lid" back on it lights up and shows the temperature and sounds like it's calibrating or something. Tried to remove it and add it again several times. The other 8 are working just fine.

Anyone else here who's had the same issue?

    Make sure you close enough to the bridge, perhaps test it next to the bridge.

    If it works next to the bridge, then perhaps relocate the bridge higher up and more centrally.
