Transfer of Tado Home

Is there an easy way to transfer the Tado setup?
My house has sold and I am moving so I will need to leave the setup in place for the new owners.
Can I just remove my devices and delete my home on the app? Or is there something else I should do?

at the very least you should transfer all purchase documentation to the new home owners. Tado will ask them for it when there are issues with the transfer or other problems.
