Should this boiler work with the smart thermostat V3+?

There is already a Drayton digistat SCR fitted if it helps.

I've had the V3 (I think they're V3+) smart TRVs, Internet Bridge and extension kit working in relay mode with my Turbomax Plus 837E. Got all of the wiring instruction from the Tado app during installation
