Why does the Tado not turn off my boiler
The Tado does not turn off my boiler even though everything on the app is turned off

What troubleshooting have you done.
Describe the Tado/Boiler set-up.

Yes it worked previously
Turned Tado off and on again
Reset Tado by the boiler by putting it off and after 10 secs put it on again1 -
