TRV reverts to Frost Protection

I only have two Tado TRVs, one works fine but the other keeps ignoring the schedule and reverting to frost protection, I can't figure out why. Any ideas?

    I have had exactly the same issue in the last couple of days there doesn't seem to be any pattern to it either. The problem is I only find it if I happen to open up the app to check anything

    I discovered it was because we'd added it to a group for the room on Alexa, so everytime I asked Alexa to turn off the room, it was turning off the trv
