Can the Wireless Temperature Sensor control the Smart Radiator Thermostat?

We have underfloor heating, that is controlled via TVR's. There are 6 of them, two for each room. We thing 4 of them used wired thermostats, but two of them seem to be communicating with a remote therostat.

So we'd like to replace the remote ones. If we put on tado smart radiator themostats and a tado Wireless temperature sensor. Can the Wireless Temperature Sensor turn on and controll the Smart Radiator Thermostat? or does it only work the other way?
