Are there forum policies? Feedback should be taken as 'feedback' but this user is obviously disheartened and is trying to stump the feedback threads. They need a nudge to consider their closing paragraph as valid but the opening paragraph is basically saying you guys are not paying attention to any of this forum anymore?
1) need forum policy to be clear, don't assume tado will not ljsten
2) tado need to be having more presence responding to new feedback to keep a thriving community etc.0 -

Apologies if my response has annoyed you....that was never my intention.
I was however merely expressing my own personal opinion based on the "history" of previous Community members requests for improvements. Maybe after you have visited the Community a few more times, then you may spot what I perceive as a common theme.
