HELP! Can anyone advise as to why my radiators will not turn on when I have them in scheduled setting apart from one. They will turn on when I do them manually? I’m at a loss but I am on my own with 2 small children and can not seem to get any help from Tado

Val, when you change the setting manually or via the application do you hear the smart trv adjusting? if so the valve is working and you may need to check your configuration to see if all your devices are calling for heat.
if when you manually change the temp at the trv you hear the valve working but not when you change vi the app try removing and re-adding the trv.
