Bridge disconnected from the cloud for second time in a week

Hi All

This morning I came down to my study at 15 degrees as the internet bridge for Tado had lost connection again. The cloud light was blinking. My study is FREEZING!

This happened around a week ago and I hoped it was a one off. How often can I expect this to happen?

This is really not a great advert for the system. Nest had nowhere near as many features but at least it was reliable.

The cloud led was blinking. Power cycling fixed the issue.

  • This seems to be a very common problem - there are many threads on here complaining about it over the last three years.
    It is not usually an Internet problem - the bridge just seems susceptible to losing connection and not reconnecting automatically. The only way to fix it is to power cycle it, which is obviously unacceptable when it happens in the middle of the night.
    @tado are very silent on the issue so I guess there is no easy fix for them.
