Geofencing issue: heating doesn't stop when in away mode.
Hello, yesterday my partner and me were not at home. Geofencing recognized it and was set to "Away" mode automatically. Still our living room was heating up. We have checked all settings but are unable to find the problem. For all smart schedules we have set "Geofencing control" on. See picture. What else should we do?

The most likely explanation is Tado is preheating before arrival. You can turn this feature off entirely, or select one of three options to reduce the level of preheat.
The nearer you are to home the more likely the system is to preheat. As there is less time to get the room up to temperature before your arrival at home.

I have thought about it, but this cannot be true. Firstly, we were not planning to go back home in the following hours. Next to that, we stayed at the same location all the time, which was outside of the distance ring of our home. We did not make a move towards home.
The strange thing is, if I look at the graphs of that day and evening, you can see that the temperature is lowering gradually during that evening. So it seems that in fact it was not heating. It was only that the living room showed in the app at that time that it was heating. In the other rooms the heating was showed as off. It just doesn’t make sense.
