Help with wiring please... Two wires, red and black

I have a Honeywell thermostat with two wires (red and black). My heating system is Worcester so my wiring instructions are based on the Digital diagram. I’m not clear if red goes in + or -. It just says B/B. Can someone please advise? I have pictures of my current wiring.

    The BB connections for a low voltage bus are not polarity sensitive, so it does not matter which of the two wires goes to + or -. BUT, please be sure that you have a low voltage setup. Connecting 240V by mistake will damage the electronics.
