Installing Tado Duel Zone & HW Extension in New Build (UK)

Hi,

I had Tado in my previous property which had duel zone and it worked great. I have moved house last month and brought the Tado Thermostats with me, However this property is slightly different as it has Duel Zone plus a Hot Water Tank.


There is currently a controller within the Utility Cupboard, which is a HorstMann ChannelPLUS H27XL. I have followed the guide for the wiring however the wiring for the controller doesn't match the diagrams(as can be seen below).

Note: I've already emailed the installations team however not having much luck with them 👎️


Is anyone able to advise me within the community on setting up Tado in my new house?
