radiators in one of our bedrooms staying cold

Tado says the Smart TRVs are connected and working and the programme is set to the right time but the radiators (there are two in that room) are just staying off. The radiators in every other room are working fine. Can you advise how to fix this? Thanks

    Double check that the valve at the other end of the rad is working fine. If it is try swapping the TRVs over and see if the tad that is currently heating up still heats up. If not, change the batteries in the cold TRV. If that fails then contact customer support for a replacement.

    Thanks - it turned out it was the batteries. The app wasn’t showing they were low but when I checked the LCD display on the TRV that was.
