Not Heating Downstairs

Hi All,

Yesterday i installed Tado into my house, Wireless Receiver and Thermostat in my lounge to heat the downstairs. A Wired Thermostat in my bedroom to control the upstairs and Radiator Thermostat n the bathroom towel rail. Following all the instructions and everything saying its ok.

This should be working fine however the only room that working is the bedroom. Downstairs and the bathroom are calling for heat, with the wireless receiver and app saying the heating is on but not firing the boiler. so cold radiators.

Please can you help?
