Need help with Wireless Receiver installation on Vokera Syntesi 29 e boiler

I currently have a Vokera Syntesi 29 e boiler, which has a Salus wireless thermostat and Salus RF receiver at the boiler. I was told that Tado wouldn't be able to work with the Salus equipment, and that I would need to get the kit with the wireless receiver.

I have followed the instructions to install the receiver but it is not powering on, I'm going to attach some photo's in case it helps anyone identify where I have gone wrong.
