App says "No remote access" on all devices - any advice welcome
I have several smart TRVs, all of which were working fine until yesterday. Suddenly all change with none of them being accessible on the app...just the cross with "no remote access" written underneath. The following may be relevant:
1) My bridge has all 3 lights on and claims to be connected to the internet;
2) I can blink the display remotely from the app on all devices from the "Devices" part of the app;
3) The graphical representation of heat in each is shown on the app and appears accurate and up to date;
4) Turning the valves locally changes the heat to that rad - there is a brief display of the rotating square (suggesting lack of sync) but it lasts for a second at most;
5) I have an unfinished installation of a smart thermostat and extension kit because I only recently received installation instructions.
