tado not firing boiler

hi
please help. ive swapped out my nest thermostat heat link and followed all the instructions..
but tado wont fire my boiler up.. can you help.. all devices are paired and connected.
my boiler is a puma 80e and ive had nest working fine for 4 years or so. so thought it would be a straight swap..
