Bridge is not working - nothing from support
Greetings,
I got my Tado set on Tuesday and it worked for half a day. Then, over the night, Bridge stopped working. The Router LED keeps blinking and nothing happens. I've:
- reset the bridge (via reset, via power off)
- reset routers
- tried with different routers
- tried with different LAN cables, different ports
- set a static IP in DHCP for bridge
- tried everything else that is in my power (and I'm an IT guy)
I've also contacted their support, but no response yet.
Anyone with any idea what to do?
