How do I change my wi-fi credentials on my smart thermostat and bridge?

Hi ,

My wi-fi router was replaced today and now my smart thermostat, extension kit and bridge all say 'no remote access'

How can I delete my wi-fi credentials and input my new routers details?

The lights on the bridge can help decode where the issue lies. It would also help to know the exact make and model of your router. Alternatively you can contact support for help.
