Tado turns boiler on but not off

Hi all, I’ve had an electrician install my tado as per instructions on the installation section of Tado and it was tired up correctly. Boiler fires up but when I lowered the temp to below room temp it doesn’t turn my boiler off...

I’ve read a few bits that say it could be something that tado staff can only reset so Is this correct?
