Equipment required for Multi zone/pump/MV set up
A client of mine has 3 radiator zones, one hot water zone, and one UFH zone.
Each existing thermostat opens a motorised valve and brings a pump on. These pumps and motorised valves are connected to the outlet of a low loss header.
Client wishes to have smart TRV’s and wireless temperature sensors in each room.
I want the system to operate so that only the pump for that existing zone operates to feed the demand.
Can somebody shed some light on this.
Really frustrating that I can’t discuss this with somebody over the telephone.

@macleodheating I'm afraid I have no knowledge on pump systems but I can say that tado operates in either of the following modes which have to be changed by support on their chat line. They are:
- The boiler is only asked to supply heating only when the boiler-controlling thermostat requests it OR
- Every tado device can call for heat regardless of the boiler-controlling thermostat.

Have just installed something very similar using Heatmiser UH8 junction box which worked perfectly
