No heating or hot water all weekend

System has been installed and working fine for 2 months, had no hot water or heating since Friday - cant believe there isn't a "manual override" for this.

Nothing has changed this end, I have tried resetting all and nothing.


Any ideas on what could be the problem? Or do I return to Amazon and go for Nest?

    There is a manual override of you have the extension kit. I can't remember what you do but it's detailed in the tado site somewhere. I'll post if I can find it again
