Lost access to extension kit still connected to phantom 'Home'

I have a two boiler home and had added a second Extension kit to a separate account. That worked fine. Then I made the mistake of moving from my first account to the second one through an invite. This gave me access to the second account and second extension kit, but I lost access to the first one. Unfortunately the devices of the first extension kit are still connected to the phantom home of my first account, since I hadn't deleted the home. Now I can't set up the devices again since they are connected to the 'home' that I can't access. Have mailed Tado support about this, but really need some urgent help on this since I have lost access to half the heating of my home including my child's room.
