Tado Support - Not Responding to Installation issues?
I have installed 4x additional Smart TRV's and 2x Smart Thermostats to use a external temperature sensors, I need these configuring to call for heat and also the Smart Thermostats added to the rooms with the TRV's to control the temperature as they are behind curtains and the radiator temp is generally off by quite a bit.
I installed them just over a week ago and raised 2 support tickets via chat as I couldn't see anywhere else to contact Tado, previously I have called them and they have resolved the issues immediately (which was excellent customer service). I have a new born baby and it's not ideal that I can't control the heating properly in the rooms I have installed the TRV's now its getting cold out and there doesn't appear to be any response from Tado support. I've not got a case ID via chat, no email confirmation, no way to follow up?!?
I've just raised another support ticket. I realise they are busy but not being able to heat my house properly is getting to be an issue. Fingers crossed I hear back soon, does anyone have any suggestions?

UPDATE: Support have replied via email and my system is up and running, thank you Tado Support!
