Smart radiator thermostats not turning on heating

I recently installed 2 wired smart thermostats. I then installed a radiator thermostat and found that it was not switing the hitting on in order to heat the room it was installed in. Has anyone had this problem.

@ljco There are two different modes for tado

1. Heating ONLY comes on if boiler-switching device is ON
2. Heating comes on when ANY tado device requests it

Only Support on the chat line can do this.

Yes I have the same issue. Downstairs thermostat is set to 17 degrees and the radiators at 20 degrees. If the temperature downstairs is 18 then the radiators upstairs do not come on. The radiators only come on if the downstairs drops below 17.

@samd that's a terrible system. Surely user should be able to make that adjustment!
