After upgrading phone, how do I remove old phone from geofencing?
Just upgraded to a new phone, I uninstalled the tado app on the old one while at work so its reading as away, but I'd like to remove it from my "home" so only mine and partners phones are seen in geofencing. Is this possible?

Thank you for your question!
You can remove a device in your App settings. Just go to people, where you will find the old device listed under the name of the person who owns it. If you click on it, you can choose REMOVE DEVICE.
This will not revoke the user's access to your account, so they will still be able to log in with their email address and password, only that one specific device will be removed from the account.
After that, it will no longer be regarded in Geofencing.

My wife got a new phone I registered it on the app but the old one still appears on the app saying no recent location. The old phone does not show on her list of devices.0
