Can someone assist with wiring.

Hello,

can someone assist with the wiring of my new room thermostat. I followed instructions from tado after entering he make and model of the current room stat which is a danfoss RET2000 MD.

The current wiring doesnt match What tado think it should, here is a picture:

Tado advised me to write on the labels as follows:

As you can see they are expecting a wire to be in number 3 terminal on the stat which there isnt.

I think i have worked out that:

brown (L) will go to COM on tado stat

black (2) will go to NO on tado stat

grey (N) will go to parked slot on tado stat

earth with go parked slot on tado stat.

this would leave no wire in the NC terminal on the tado.

Have tried tado tech support but still had no response and i am keen to get the kit working.

any help will be appreciated.

Thanks for the reply, i have wired up the thermostat and looks like it is working so far 🤞
