Two problems with Tado
Hi
I currently have two (unrelated) issues with my Tado.
The first one:
My Tado thermostat for my radiator shows the following image when trying to set the temperatue using the actual thermostat. What does this mean?
The second question:
One of my radiator's valve looks like below:
None of the "Tado extensions" will make the Thermostat fit. Do you have any other type of valve extension I can use?

If the extensions don't fit, then the fair conclusion is that Tado is not compatible with your valve. Based on the image you have put up, my impression is that this valve type requires a lot of turning force. A punt with a valve adapter to make it fit may be a waste of your time and money, since the Tado software , and turning forces , probably won't work with such an adapter. Your best bet may be to get a plumber to look at whether a Tado compatible valve head can be fitted to this radiator, and then the try using the Tado radiator valve.0
