Can someone do the job of Tado Customer Service and help me with the wiring?
Apart from having the device for more than a week hanging around without being operational and the frustration with the unresponsive and ambiguous Tado customer service, I have not yet given up.
Can someone help with these statements based on the picture below?
BROWN cable goes in the ____ Tado port.
BLUE cable goes in the ____ Tado port.
BLACK cable goes in the ____ Tado port.
Whoever you are to help me with that, I owe you a drink! And Tado owns you a big fat thanks for keeping a customer for them! Thank you, guys!

This is a central heating system. I have no idea what boiler it is :-(

is it a shared system or specific to your house?

@GrilledCheese , your setup works, BUT, the heating is always ON. :( There is not turning on or off by Tado.

Can I ask what the old thermostat controller is that you are replacing? Do you have the model number?0
