Pairing replacement thermostat

Tado sent me a replacement rad thermostat I can not get it to pair.

1) I pressed the pairing button on the bridge and the pairing LED is flashing

2) i pressed the pairing button on the thermostat I get ..... ..... .....i them get E0 error code

The thermostat is registered to my system.

Thank you for your question.

It is possible that you will have to place the Smart device closer to the Internet Bridge in order for it to pair. Please just try again, putting it no closer than two metres to and no further away than eight metres from the Internet Bridge.

Should the issue persist, please contact our tech support so they can help you fix that.

Strange to say I left the thermostat overnight and I found it had paired itself next day. It is now working

I am glad to hear it. Sometimes it just takes the devices a bit longer to pair.
