Moving home

Hi, I’m soon to move home and am taking my tado with me. I have a Wired room thermostat and multiple radiator thermostats. The layout of the new home/number of bedrooms etc is almost identical. Can I just remove the devices and re-install in new home or do I have to delete my ‘home’ and start all over again? Seems a bit pointless to re- install each device if the layout is the same? Thanks
