Anyone got a telephone number for Tado (UK) apart from 020 3893 2059

I've had no heating now for 3 days, support 'chat' haven't even read my messages, let alone replied and I've already left a voice mail on the above number, which says to use the online chat....

NOT GOOD ENOUGH Tado... I'm fuming (not to mention freezing!)

    @DarreP I feel for you but I don't think there is any other way to get support.

    Exactly the same situation. It’s unbelievable, how can I company that advocates self installation not provide any support for enviable problems that occur

    I have the same challenge, telephone is automated, no response from BOT.....simply unacceptable. If i had know this is the level of so called "support" I would never have purchased. Am going to take a look at their Facebook page to see what I can find there> did anyone on this thread ever get a response?
