Hi
Has anyone else noticed that their savings % is 0 for all months. Different figures were shown before but they have all changed to 0 - anyone know why. All the other stats are there.

    @AliP Hello. Mine are not zero. Seem to by working OK. Sorry I cannot be more helpful than saying contact support on tado.com

    Agree all mine are showing 0% all the way back to 2018! Tado can we have a response please?

    Left a message yesterday and support are getting back to me on Monday.

    Sent them various photos of percentages and make and v of phone - they are escalating problem.

    I tend to take the savings information sent with a pinch of salt. What I have found is that our 2500l tank lasts for 2 seasons rather than the one season we had with a Nest fitted.

    That’s good enough for me. Mind, it would be nice to have rechargeable batteries in all the units ...

    Support escalated this and now everything back to normal.
