I keep being told to contact Tado, but no method as to how?

I have moved in to a house with Tado fitted. I have set up an account, and the previous owners have given my email address access to their account. But every attempt to actually set things up end with the message that I need to contact Tado. But I have yet to find anywhere on the website any hint as to how I actually do contact Tado. Does anyone have any idea as to how I do it?
