Issue with Firmware update

Hello,

I am trying to install my new Tado Climatisation V3+, the first steps of the installation work well, then it wants to update the Firmware and it has been stuck here for a few hours.

I have tried what Tado personnel replied in another post which was to had close the tado app in my iphone, then restart the downloading, but same, it has bee stuck for quite some time.

    @samd ,I did contact them via the bottom right chat button on main web page and they will look at my problem, will see if they will do so
