Old valve appearing in Apple Homekit

Hello,
I had a valve with poor battery life replaced by Tado. However this obsolete valve is still appearing in Apple HomeKit and I’m unable to delete the accessory.
The accessory no long appears in the Tado app, I have also tried removing the Tado bridge from Apple HomeKit and added it again.
Under the HomeKit tab in the Tado app the obsolete valve also appears here.
Has anyone experienced this who can help me resolve it?
