I'v been looking the best position for the device: how far and how wide IR-range is / where is the sender?

And when I'm repositioning the device is there easy way to find that ir testmode?

    Hello D5GT,

    Thank you for your question,

    the range is a 5-8 meter distance, the angle depends on the position, like any average remote. We have a short sensor with wide range and 3 sensors with long range. The sensors can be found under the gloss back strip which we have named the IR window strip. During the installation you can move it around during the positioning phase of the device. As long as you hear the AC beeping, it means it works at that range.
