Does Tado AC controller only support AC units with infrared controls?

    I have the ASYG18KLCA with AR-RCE1E remote and have not been able to get it to work properly. I have an open ticket with the tech support, though.

    Hi again!

    Support solved compatibility by adding a command set for the remote from afar. They were quick to solve the issue.

    I am a happy camper now :)
